Complaint from Sara Silva Winter Haven, FLalmost 11 years agoTerrible customer service. Bed frame (which we paid almost $100 for) bent after the second time it was used. Contacted Sandy at the store who laughed when we asked for a new bed frame. When we told her that it bent she said, "oh, someone must have sat on the corner of the bed" (which is what happened). God forbid someone sit on the corner of their bed to put on their shoes! She continued to laugh!
